Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong UX/UI capabilities to build and launch our platform within a 3-month timeline. The ideal candidate will handle the complete development cycle, including Salesforce API integration and membership system development, from design to implementation. The platform will showcase 250 organizations through an interactive web directory.

Key Deliverables:
Month 1
1. Architecture & Initial Design
- Wireframes and low-fidelity mockups (desktop + mobile).
- User flows: registration, login, and search.
- Data architecture plan, including Salesforce integration.
- Metric: Deliver 5 completed wireframes, validated user flows, and a comprehensive data architecture plan, with 100% approval from the internal team by the end of the month.

2. Webflow Setup (Basic MVP)
- Initial Webflow structure and layout.
- Memberstack integration for user/membership.
- Jetboost setup for real-time search/filters.
- Metric: 80% of the MVP structure is completed by the month's end.

Month 2
1. Salesforce & Data Sync
- API creation/documentation for bidirectional sync.
- Automated flows for record creation/updates/deletions.
- Data security and privacy checks.
- Metric: Develop and test the bidirectional API and automated workflows with >95% success rate in CRUD operations during integration testing, while passing 100% of security compliance checks.

2. Enhanced UI/UX & Data Visualization
- Design of key components (tables, tags, basic charts).
- Consistent branding: typography, colors, responsive tweaks.
- Usability tests and refinements (navigation, speed).
- Metric: Deliver key components (tables, tags, charts) with consistent branding and responsive design, achieving >80% positive feedback in usability tests.

Month 3
1. Beta Launch & QA
- Limited release for internal/partner feedback.
- Bug fixes and final UI/UX optimizations.
- Metric: Collect actionable feedback from at least 10 Beta testers, resolve 100% of critical bugs, and achieve >80% positive feedback on platform usability from test users.

2. Final Launch & Handoff
- Platform deployment in production environment.
- Technical documentation (API usage, maintenance).
- Team training (Webflow, Memberstack, Salesforce sync).
- Final report with KPIs (load speed, search metrics).
- Metric: Successfully deploy the platform to production with 100% of functionalities operational, deliver technical documentation, and train the team with >80% achieving satisfactory training evaluation

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in web development
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Webflow expertise
- Experience with API integrations, notably Salesforce
- Proven UX/UI design capabilities
- Knowledge of membership/subscription platforms

Required Technical Skills:
- Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
