We seek a leader who can inspire, guide, and manage a team to deliver on ambitious goals while being a hands-on technology expert. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a demonstrated ability to lead and empower teams in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy Development (30%):
- Lead the creation of Propel’s technology roadmap to support organizational goals.
- Identify and implement innovative technology solutions to address nonprofits’ challenges.
2. Stakeholder Data Intelligence (25%):
- Launch and manage the Propel Nonprofit Directory with verified data from 500 organizations.
- Generate actionable insights from the directory through comprehensive reporting.
3. Digital Tools for Nonprofits (25%):
- Optimize Propel’s GrantBot AI to deliver effective grant-writing support to 1,000 users.
- Develop at least one new digital solution to benefit Propel’s nonprofit community.
4. Internal Data Systems (20%):
- Deploy an impact measurement system to track Propel’s organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain real-time, reliable dashboards to enable Propel to operate as a data-driven organization.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, and MA degree in a complementary field.
- Experience: 4+ years in technology leadership roles, with a proven ability to design and deploy scalable technology solutions and lead teams.
- Skills: Expertise in data intelligence, digital transformation, and large-scale technology implementations. Experience with AI tools and nonprofit technologies is a plus.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver innovative solutions that drive impact.

Contractor Details:
Position Type: Full-time contractor.
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Compensation: $5,000 USD per month.
